For nearly 15 years, I’ve been a physiotherapist, working in hospitals and private clinics to help individuals recover from sports injuries, manage musculoskeletal conditions, navigate pre- and post-surgery care, and regain mobility through clinic or home-based rehabilitation. I have also had the opportunity to work and travel with contemporary dancers, supporting their performance and recovery needs.

I studied at the Academy of Physical Education in Poland, earning both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in physiotherapy. My academic foundation, combined with years of practical experience, has shaped my expertise in delivering high-quality care.

My journey into physiotherapy was inspired by my own experience as a young athlete. Competing in various events and earning a few medals instilled in me a deep passion for movement. However, a knee injury ended my running career, leading me to discover physiotherapy. This opened my eyes to the incredible power of movement—not just for performance, but for healing and recovery—and I knew I had found my calling.

Today, I combine hands-on treatments, tailored exercise plans, and a holistic focus on well-being to help my clients achieve their goals. I work with amateur athletes, weekend warriors, and elderly individuals, addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and supporting recovery from various surgeries. Whether you're an athlete, dancer, or simply seeking to live a more active life, I’m here to support your recovery, keep you moving, and empower you to embrace the transformative power of movement.
